  1. Residential Water / Sewer Service Application

    Request a new residential water meter or sewer tap.

  2. Commercial Water / Sewer Service Application

    Request new commercial water meter and/ or sewer tap.

  3. Fire Flow Test Application

    Request a fire flow test.

  4. Service Abandonment

    Request a water meter or sewer service be abandoned.
