The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) is a legally distinct public entity which undertakes housing, commercial and business development activities.

The HRA authorizes the acquisition of real estate, housing and commercial loans and grants, and the issuance of bonds.

1.  Applicants Name: Design Lab Properties, LLC, (Chuck Hanna) 

2.  Project Description: The applicant proposes to purchase the HRA owned vacant parcel located at 1192 East 7th Street.  The applicant would like to construct a commercial building on the site so that they can provide office space for Outdoor Lab Landscape Inc.  The applicant would continue long term ownership and management of the property.

The applicant has not requested any financial assistance from the City at this preliminary stage.
