Location and Directions
Location

The Contract and Analysis Services Office is on the second floor of the City Hall / Courthouse Building in downtown Saint Paul. The building is at the intersection of Kellogg Blvd. and Wabasha St., just west of the Crowne Plaza.

Parking is available at the Science Museum and RiverCentre. If you turn left from Kellogg Blvd. onto Wabasha St., parking is also available at the Crowne Plaza or the Victory Ramp (near 4th St and Wabasha).

Directions

From the south:

  1. Follow I-35E north to the Kellogg Blvd. exit.
  2. Turn right on Kellogg and go two blocks past the Science Museum and RiverCentre to the City Hall / Courthouse Building (on your left).

From the north:
  1. Follow I-35E south to the Wacouta St. exit and continue south to Kellogg Blvd.
  2. Turn right on Kellogg and travel until you see the Crowne Plaza (on your right). City Hall is across the street.

From the east:
  1. Follow I-94 West to the Kellogg Blvd. exit.
  2. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Kellogg Blvd. and follow it until you see the Crowne Plaza. City Hall is across the street.

From the west:
  1. Follow I-94 East to the Marion St. / Kellogg Blvd. exit and continue following the signs to Kellogg Blvd. Turn left on Kellogg and go two blocks past the RiverCentre and Science Museum. City Hall will be on your left.
