This program will provide grants to homeowners to help replace windows that contain lead paint.  Grants for owner occupied properties will pay for over 75%-100% of the total project costs.

In order to qualify for the program, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A child under the age of six (6) must live in the home, or rental unit.
• The windows must contain lead paint.
• The property must be located in Ward 4.
• The household must earn less than 80% of the Twin Cities Area Median Income.  The chart below shows the maximum gross income limit based on household size.
