You can now pay your assessments online by E-Check. It’s easy, convenient, secure, fully automated – and it’s free. Visit the Assessments Payment Options page for more details on E-check and other payment options available.
The City Council adopted the 2013 City Operating and Capital Budgets on December 12th, 2012. Information on the 2013 Adopted Operating and Capital Budgets is available on the Office of Financial Services' Budget Website.
The City Council also adopted the 2013 Saint Paul Public Library Agency Budget on December 12th. When available, information on the Library's 2013 Adopted Budget will be posted on the Library's Website.
When available, information on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA)'s 2013 Adopted Budget can be found on the HRA's Website.
