Pavilion Tours:
Please call the Harriet Island Special Event Office to schedule a tour, 651-292-7010.

Open Tours: 
Open tours at the Wigington Pavilion will be held on Tuesday, April 8th and 29th from 5p-8p and Friday, April 11th from 4p-7p this month. No appointment necessary.

Second: Fill Out a Permit Application
The permit applications below are for private events with less than 500 people (weddings, company picnics, etc.) Large private and public events (more than 500 people) require an Event Grounds Permit, which can be obtained by calling Harriet Island at

Rental rates are listed in the permits below. As event details are confirmed, Harriet Island Staff will determine the base rental fee and any additional fees depending on the following factors (but not limited to): type of event, load in and load out requirements, activities during event, stress on and impact to park grounds, etc.City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation staff reserves the right to determine the final rental fee based on event details as they are determined.

Saint Paul residents may reserve a date 13 months in advance, non-residents 12 months in advance.

You may place your reservation over the telephone at (651) 292-7010 with payment by credit card (fax or email in your completed permit application) or mail in your completed permit application with payment by check to the address below.  In person reservations will be taken on the first business day of the month from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m at 1100 Hamline Avenue North St. Paul, MN 55108.
