The City of Saint Paul and Ramsey County, and Saint Paul Public Libraries, hosted a number of exciting February events in recognition of Black History Month. The schedule of events included guest speakers, and numerous local library events. The event on February 17, 2012 featured Dr. Whitney Stewart-Harris, Councilmember Melvin Carter III, and the Points of Entry Players. Click on the link to view the video of the event.
